Friends of the Library Book Donation Drive
As part of the month long celebration of our Library we are
asking for gently used books, CDs, DVDs and videos to the
stock for sell in the Read It Again Bookstore within the library.
Books can be dropped of at the Help Desk or at the Read It
again Bookstore.
Please remember to fill out a donation slip so that we can
send you a thank you note that can be used for you tax
donation slip.
Sales of books in the Read It Again Bookstore are used to
help fund the various reading programs, provide additional
funding to support the Bentonville library services and fund
scholarships.


Community Read-Aloud
Bentonville Public Library will host a community read aloud of The
Trumpet of the Swan by E. B. White.
February 27th
9am to 2:20pm
Bentonville Friends of the Library and reading enthusiasts will each
read a chapter beginning at 9:00 am and continuing throughout the
day with an estimated end time of 2:30 pm.

Mayor McCaslin's Proclamation
February 9th

Mayor McCaslin will be making a proclamation on Tuesday, February 9
at 6PM at the City Council meeting in support of the campaign: Love
Your Library Month. The meeting will be held at 305 SW A Street
,Technical Services Building.
We hope you can join us Tuesday evening to celebrate this honor.
